Estimate to install new waterline from the meter to the house and with that we will install a new ball valve. We will install a number seven backflow preventer. We will install a new three-quarter PRV. We will need to get our trencher out here to trench line from the meter to the house. We will enter the waterline in the front of the house so that way we do not run into the septic tank. The septic tank is on the back of the house close to where the water connects to the trailer. Installed new water service from meter to house with check valve prv and shut off

Estimate to install new 40gallon electric water heater. The water heater that is here is completely gone. We will install a new water heater and a new expansion tank. The water pressure on the house is 70 psi so there’s no need to change out the PRV on the house. The water heaters located in the garage as well. It also has a three-quarter ball valve already on the waterline. Installed new 40 gallon electric water heater. Installed new expansion tank as well. Everything is hooked up and running great. Getting the correct power to the water heater as well. Water heater is heating up and is already starting to get warm. The water pressure is still about 70 psi so they are all good to go.
