Estimate to run through a machine to vent on the back of the house. Will attempt to unclog the main sewer line. Came out and found sewer outside beside the package unit. The sewer line is broke down under the package unit the only way to repair the line that is broke down will be to move the package unit out of the way and bring an excavator out here to dig it up. After this is done and then we will be able to get the rest of the line and running camera to make sure there’s nowhere else in the line that is broke down.

Came out and gave customer itemize list for the toilet. Also tighten down toilet as well from where the floor is uneven and it came a little loose. Customer still do not want me to caulk the toilet so I did not caulk the toilet.

Trent came quickly on a day that was a holiday, very cold and tough to get anyone out. He snaked out our clogged sewer main line quickly. It was pricey, as when a job is pretty fast I’d rather pay hourly than a flat fee, but we had to get it done and done it is.

Estimate on installing new toilet and a half bath. The toilet that we will be installing as a Toto toilet. Installed new Toto toilet. Removed old toilet and pulled old wax. Ring off the toilet. Installed new wax ring and install new toilet. Everything is running great and there are no leaks.
