I received Fantastic service from Pro Service LLC. He was very knowledgeable, courteous as well as understanding. Especially, since I didn’t know how to explain the problem. I wasn’t sure if I my home was on a septic tank or a sewer line. Seeing how confused I was, Tanner was very calm, and informed that my home is on a sewer line. He also, inform me of what the issue was and how to he would correct it. Earlier in the week I called a Plumber for the same issue and was told I needed to have my septic tank emptied but, Tanner promptly found my home was on a sewer line and did what the other Plummer didn’t do. He fixed the issue promptly and correctly. Tanner went above and beyond and gave excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company for all of you plumbing needs.I had an outstanding experience with Pro Service LLC! Tanner provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly patient. I wasn't able to clearly explain what was going on with my plumbing, and I wasn't even sure if my home was connected to a septic tank or a sewer line.Instead of making me feel embarrassed, Tanner stayed calm, took the time to assess the situation, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He quickly determined that my home is connected to a sewer line, not a septic tank, and thoroughly explained the actual problem and how he was going to fix it.Earlier that week, I had called another plumber for the exact same issue and was incorrectly told that I needed to have my septic tank emptied. Tanner immediately recognized that wasn't the case, accurately diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly and correctly. His honesty, expertise, and attention to detail saved me both time and money.It's hard to find service like this these days. Tanner truly went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My septic pump cover was damaged during tree removal. I called ProServices to give me an estimate on replacement. Carson, the service person, was very courteous and informative. He provided an estimate that was higher than I had expected but responded to my surprise calmlyand explained the additional cost clearly. And now I know that I have a septic pump rather than a septic tank, which I didn't know before!
