Estimate to replace all the fittings that connect to the water hydrant. After replacing those will hook the waterline back up to the hydrant to where it will have water. Cut out all fittings going to water hydrant replaced them with new fittings. Everything is good to go tested to make sure there were no water leaks and everything is flowing great

Arrived today for no cooling on 2021 2.5 ton Goodman heat pump system. Replace 5 amp fuse. Found capacitor on outdoor unit needs replaced. Don’t know what cause the fuse the blow. This is rental property she isn’t the owner but she is paying for repairs. Replace 5 amp fuse and capacitor on outdoor unit

Estimate to cut open access and sheet rock and repair the leak. After the leak is repaired from waterline busted, everything will be good to go. Repaired leak on water line from where it busted. Everything is good to go and nothing leaking.

Diagnostic on toilet to see why it’s shaking Installed new wax ring with bolts on toilet. Everything is sealed off and stable. Toilet is no longer rocking. Toilet is flushing great.

Arrived today for no cooling. 2016 3.5 ton Heil heat pump system. Air handler located in attic 20x30x1 filter. Found electrical fault in the outdoor unit Gave options on repairs. WO-TNFR506703. Customer stated she only wants minimum repair done. She has kidney cancer and is not expected to live long.
