Arrived today for tuneup on 2012 3 1/2 ton Rheem heat pump system. Air handler located in basement. Cleaned drain lines and outdoor unit. Replaced 20 mfd capacitor for indoor blower motor and contactor on outdoor unit. Checked Freon amps on motors. Found indoor coil is starting to get some rust on it. System is 13 years old but everything is working properly at this time. Replace 20 mfd capacitor and contactor

I was called to a home to repair a Goodman heat pump. The heat pump was not cooling the home, and the customer was concerned that it was not working properly. I arrived at the home and diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor. I replaced the compressor and tested the system to ensure it was working properly. The customer was happy with the repair and thanked me for my service.

Arrived today for no cooling. 2011 4 ton Carrier heat pump and gas furnace. Found some one bypass heat pump on outside to just use air conditioning. Also found needs defrost control and 70+10 mfd capacitor. Gave customer options. Explained to customer we can diagnose system to repairs are made may find more issues. Diagnostic fee customer stated he does some heat and air and has friends that do heating and air as well. He is going to repair the system himself.

Arrived today for tuneup on 4 roof top package units. Cleaned coils changed filters. Replaced 2= 20 mfd capacitor and 1= 5mfd capacitor replaced belts. Checked Freon motors. Everything is working properly at this time.

Estimate to install new kitchen drain line and install a 2 way cleanout as well. Ran new washer drain and kitchen sink drain. Everything is flowing great now and there and no more back ups.

Recently bought my house and before I could move in I noticed a water leak close to the meter , called several plumbers in McCalla and none of them wanted to touch it without replacing the entire line . I reached out to Brandon Bice of pro services via Facebook . It was late at night so I figured he Would get back to me the next day .
