Arrived today for no cooling on 2021 Ameristar 3 ton heat pump and air handler located in basement. Found control needed reset on outdoor unit stopped up filter would cause this to happen. Also looks like customer needs new condensation pump and clean drain and clean system. Heat and air units need cleaned at least once year. Recommended getting on membership. WO-TNFR502483

Estimate to replace float on sewer injection pump in basement Previous estimate was to replace sewer injector float switch. After pulling off the lid and noticing that there was a bunch of buildup of toilet paper and grime on the float switch I pulled the toilet paper and gram off of the float switch in the float switch float it up and it’s working perfectly fine. So we are not charging the $600 to replace the float switch. We are only charging the $322 to do the cleaning on the pump and float Switch.
