Estimate to pump out septic tank. Customer has lived here for 20 years and has never had the septic tank pumped. We will be back out in the morning to pump out a septic tank.

We will need to disconnect the water from the meter and run a tracing tape (this is because line is pvc and not traceable) through the line and locate the tracing tape at the house and install a main shutoff after we do this we will be able to tell if the leak is outside the house or in the house somewhere. We will also install a box for the shut off. Found that water is leaking out in the yard. We will need to come back at our next appointment to be able to run a new water service from the meter to the house. It will be a 1 inch pex service. We will also need to install a three-quarter PRV. We dug multiple holes over 2ft deep in yard and did not pin point leak
