Arrived today for no cooling on 2007 3 ton Carrier heat pump system. Found ants in contactor and 45+5 run capacitor weak. Replace capacitor contactor cleaned outside unit. Everything is working properly at this time. This is a friend of Mason’s. Customer needs to put out ant poison around the air conditioner outside to keep the ants away or this will happen.

Estimate to install 50 gallon electric water heater in basement. The water heater is busted on the bottom and is leaking out into the crawlspace. The water heater needs to be replaced. Also found that the water pressure on the house is 125 psi. The PRV will need to be changed out as well to get the water pressure back to where it needs to be. I will also add an expansion tank to the water heater to get it up to code. There is already a disconnect that is going to the water heater so we do not need a electrician to come out to install a disconnect. I will also install a water heater pan to go under the water heater so that way it’s not sitting directly on wood or the floor. Install new 50 gallon electric water heater. I had an expansion tank and a three-quarter PRV. Put water heater in pan as well.

Arrived today for repair on 2017 2.5 ton Rheem heat pump system. Cleaned system changed filter 20x25x1 customer supplied. Replaced defrost control board capacitor and contactor. Checked refrigerant level amps on motors and safety controls. Everything is working properly at this time.

Arrived today for no cooling on 2017 2.5 ton Rheem heat pump system. Found defrost control board on outdoor unit needs replaced and system needs serviced and cleaned. Gave customer options. Membership. Scheduled with office to go back Friday for repair and clean system.
