3 inch flapper was leaking by just a little bit. Replaced flapper in there and no more leaks on the toilet. If this does not stop the problem, then the next option would be replacing the toilet.

I recently completed a job for a customer in the Pro Services LLC company. The job was to provide heating and cooling services and install a new air conditioning unit.
