Arrived today at for no cooling. Found drain line stopped up making safety oswitch shut system off. Cleaned drain line. Everything is working properly at this time. Explained to customer she may have to redo drain and install condensation pump to fix this problem. But it’s drain at this time. Cleaned drain line

Arrived today for no cooling.2021 3.5 ton Heil heat pump system air handler located in basement. Found breaker tripped to outdoor high voltage wire and breaker unit are too small for equipment. Gave customer options on in large wire to 8# with 40 amp breaker. Scheduled with office for electrician to come back today between 2 and 4 o’clock to perform work.
