I was call out for Mrs Brown his kitchen lights are flashing when he used toaster o microwave I talk to him about it he showed me problem and I explained to him a about loose neutral I walked out to the utility pole and I saw neutral cable hanging down. We call Alabama power to connect back neural now everything is working properly

Estimate to install a 40gallon gas water heater. Customer already has a ball valve on the waterline as well. They are wanting a simple install. So we will be doing is cutting the copper and adding 3/4 couplings and hooking the water heater and gas back up Installed new 40gallon gas water heater. Water heater is located in customers kitchen everything is good to go now and the water heater is tied in and running properly. Customer should have hot water in about 30 to 35 minutes.

Arrived today for no cooling on 2006 4 ton Trane gas and air conditioning. Found some put the wrong capacitor on outside unit and wired fan motor wrong. Explained to customer it may have caused damages to compressor and fan motor. She just wants to to try and get unit back working again she is going to talk to her Mom about what to do. She stated for me to call her back Friday. Replaced 60+5 capacitor start capacitor start relay and contactor. System is working today but something else could break again at anytime.
