Air Conditioning Maintenance for a residential customer. Spring Air conditioning maintenance. Water leaking from condensation pipe. Damaged pipe coming out of the condensate pan. Replaced damaged section of pipe. Performed A/C check-up. The system is performing as it should to keep the homeowners cool this season.
Heating repair for a residential client. Strange, loud noise coming from the clients' furnace. Technician sent to repair the unit. Unbalanced blower wheel causing the issue. The blower wheel was sufficiently secured and the unit is now operating as it should for the client. Customer happy on departure.
