Arrived today for poor cooling. Found drain line stopped up. It looks like some kind of critter crawled into the line and stopped it up. Everything seems to be draining good at this time.

Install new wax ring and toilet bolts Installed new toilet flange with new wax ring and new toilet bolts. Secured toilet flange to the floor with screws and also glued it to the pipe coming up. Everything is flushing great and nothing is leaking anymore.

Arrived today for no cooling. 7.5 ton Trane gas package unit found RTRM control board needs replaced. Bypass today to get unit back working. Replace RTRM Control board on gas package unit for front office. Ordered part from air engineers. Need to schedule with office to go back and repair.

Arrived today from for no cooling. 2 ton 2009 Heil heat pump. Found system low on R22 Freon. Highly recommended upgrading system due to age of equipment. Band- aid add R22 to system no warranty
