Arrived today to replace thermostat under warranty. Everything is working properly at this time.

Arrived today for no cooling on 2017 2.5 ton Rheem heat pump system. Found defrost control board on outdoor unit needs replaced and system needs serviced and cleaned. Gave customer options. Membership. Scheduled with office to go back Friday for repair and clean system.

Estimate to replace float on sewer injection pump in basement Previous estimate was to replace sewer injector float switch. After pulling off the lid and noticing that there was a bunch of buildup of toilet paper and grime on the float switch I pulled the toilet paper and gram off of the float switch in the float switch float it up and it’s working perfectly fine. So we are not charging the $600 to replace the float switch. We are only charging the $322 to do the cleaning on the pump and float Switch.
