Arrived today for estimate to replace 4 ton gas and air conditioning system. Gave customer options. He is getting home equity loan on the home. Wants us to call him back around the 10th of next month.

Arrived today to repair heating and air conditioner system. 2020 Carrier 2.5 ton heat pump and air handler. Located in attic. Replaced zone control board. Found capacitor needs replaced and contactor on outdoor unit. Customer chose only to replace the zone control board if unit breaks again due to recommendation Pro Services isn’t responsible for any other damages to the equipment. System is working at this time.

Arrived today for no cooling. Found zoning control board needs replaced to get system back working again. Give customer options. Diagnostic fee. His dad owns a heating and air company in Florence. He wants to talk to him before we do anything. He will get back with us in the morning.
