Arrived today for tuneup on air conditioning system. 3.5 ton 2017 American standard gas and air. Cleaned outdoor coil. Checked amps on motors replaced 20x25x4 filter. Replaced 45+7.5 capacitor change 20x25x4 filter and tuneup on air conditioning system.

Estimate to run gas line to gas grills. We will need to get 811 out here to mark where the gas line is that goes inside to the indoor fireplace. After they do that we will tie in to that gas line to run over to the grills. We will need to cut the concrete with the concrete saw to get to the grills as well. After this is done, we will punch a hole through the cinderblock that connects to the grills and run the gas line under the grills. we will install two regulators and gas shut off as well. After this is done, then the customer will need to pour the concrete back as well. There is a 50-50 chance that the gas grills will work properly or they will not. Because we do not know what size the gas line is under the ground that we will need to towel into. The best option will be to run a whole new gas line from the gas meter to the fireplaces and the gas grills to get proper usage out of them. Came out and now we are having to call 811 to have the gas line located so we know where it is I

Replace sensor switch 20 amps Everything is working properly now

Estimate to repair water line that comes into the building. We will dig back to where the last company tied in to the PVC and take the PVC out and run new line. The new line that will be going into. The building will be copper. There will be no more PVC. So that way the customer will no longer have PVC. Install prv and ball valve as well. We will need to get an excavator out here to be able to dig to put in a new box with a PRV and a shut off as well. After this is done, then everything will be good to go. Installed new 2 inch PRV. Also installed a 2 inch ball valve. There are no more leaking inside of the building. Everything is good to go.

Arrived today no a cooling. Found X13 blower motor needs replaced. Gave customer options. They will call us back later on what to do.

Located septic tank underneath back porch. Porch will have to be taken apart and we need to bring a machine back to dig septic tank
