Came out and looked at grease trap. The grease trap needs to be pumped out in order to start working properly again. Sent over estimate to MJ and she is going to send it over to get approval. After it gets approved then we will be able to come back out and pump it

Estimate to unstop sewer with the sewer machine. After this is done, everything will be flown great I unstop the sewer with the sewer machine. Everything is now flushing great I pulled back baby wipes out of the sewer, which was causing it to back up.

Arrived today for no cooling on 2024 America Standard 3 ton gas and air conditioning system. Found drain line stopped up TXV bulb was connected correctly. Fix txv bulb clean system and drain line. Customer is purchasing maintenance agreement on System count today is the first visit. Membership
