A customer called about a leaking shower faucet. Upon inspection, I found the cartridge inside the Moen single-handle valve was worn out, causing the leak. I disassembled the faucet, replaced the worn cartridge, and reassembled it. I tested the faucet to ensure the leak was fixed and the water flow was even. The new cartridge solved the problem, and the shower now operates smoothly without leaks.

To reach the outdated line, a trench was excavated. The old sewage pipe was removed. a new sewage line was installed. Performance and leak testing were done. The new line is operating flawlessly. A nonoperational air conditioning system failed to provide cool air to our residential client's home, so we came out to resolve the issues with the system. Diagnosed the source of the problem to be the evaporator coil on the a/c system. Exchanged the evaporator coil with a new one to get the system back to working order for the happy customer.
