Arrived today for water leak. Silicone one of the panels on the equipment on the front of the building for the main office. But it looks like the roof is leaking in a couple different places. Really need to come back whenever it’s raining to diagnose the problem correctly. Also need to include the roofers the same day. But there is clearly signs on the back of the building, where no equipment is and it is the roof leaking water.

Arrived today to get pictures of tree that fell on the home and the air conditioner.

I then reinstalled the showerhead and checked the water pressure, which was now normal. However, I also found that the shower valve was faulty and required replacement. I installed a new shower valve and tested the shower, confirming that the water pressure was now normal and that the valve was functioning correctly.

Following an investigation, recommended that the entire HVAC system be replaced because it was an expensive outside fix. The customer agreed to the installation of new HVAC equipment.

HVAC Installation near Hillandale Dr. I arrived at a residence to install a new HVAC system. The house now has a new Goodman central air conditioning system. The new system was installed successfully. The client was ecstatic with the outcome.

A detailed investigation of the factors that contributed to the system's poor performance revealed the need for a replacement heating element. To restore the device's functionality, the heating element was changed.

Heating Repair near 62nd St. I went to a residence to service the heating system. The main problem was found to be with the system's pilot glow plugs. The pilot glow plugs were replaced, and the filters were replaced to restore the unit's operation.
