Came out to locate leak and there is not a leak anywhere on the house every time it rains when the floors get wet she has a roof leak in the water is running down the walls onto the floor. Crawl through the crawlspace and the crawlspace is completely dry as well.

Arrived today for humidity problems inside the apartment. Equipment is 2021 2 ton Carrier heat pump system. Found floor and studs in the walls are rotating out needs repaired this will cause air conditioner to pull air into apartment. Old air conditioning needs pulled out and sealed off from pulling outside air from outside into apartment equipment door needs replaced with insulated door this will also pull air from outside into apartment equipment. Customer doesn’t own apartment she just rents. She was trying to figure out what is causing the problem. All of the problems the customers are experiencing will cause humidity problems inside the home.

Trent came quickly on a day that was a holiday, very cold and tough to get anyone out. He snaked out our clogged sewer main line quickly. It was pricey, as when a job is pretty fast I’d rather pay hourly than a flat fee, but we had to get it done and done it is.
