Arrived today for poor cooling. Found high pressure switch needed reset. What caused switch to trip coils need to be cleaned. Mason is going to get an approval on the work to be done. And scheduled to come back another day. Explained to customer at this location they need to keep doors closed to back of building. Missing ceiling tiles to the attic, will cause the system to work harder in the front and hard for it to maintain temperatures.

Arrived today for noise customer thought it was the air-conditioning unit. But it’s the pressure regulator for the water system going into the building. Need to schedule for a plumber to come out and look at it.

Estimate to install bathroom vanity and redo the drain line and the waterlines going to the sinks. After this is done, I will hook up the drains and the sinks so then that way everything will be able to be used properly. Also, I will have to cut into the new cabinet to make everything work properly as well. After this is done, then customer will be able to use Sinks in bathroom again. Install customer supplied kitchen faucet Installed kitchen sink faucet. Collected half of the money today and we will be coming back out tomorrow to do the rest. Customer has a doctors appointment that he cannot miss.
