Pedro P from Pro Services LLC was absolutely fantastic! He was kind, polite, and arrived right on time. He took his time running tests and was very thorough, ultimately finding the root of the problem quickly and efficiently. I was especially grateful that Pro Services LLC was able to squeeze me into their schedule last minute, without charging an arm and a leg. Excellent service all around! Pedro took excellent care of us. The first company we called just said it’d be $2,000 to replace everything. So we got a 2nd opinion. Pedro took his time testing and diagnosing the problem. After realizing the breaker was bad, he tested more and found the true cause was due to the gauge of the wire being inadequate. He walked us through the options and we decided to go with him for a full overhaul. After replacing everything in a timely, organized manner, we ended up saving 50% vs what the other company quoted. Will be using Pro Services for everything going forward. Thanks Pedro!!
